26 Weeks – Episode 0

I’m back and I have a lofty goal! Today starts 26 weeks of training for the Beyond Limits Ultra (BLU) which takes place the first week of April near Idyllwild, CA. I will race in the 72 hour run on a loop trail course to see how many miles I can run. My hope is to run 100 miles in the first 36 hours to prove to myself that I am ready for a true 100 mile ultra.
