Daily update – 254 days until IM 70.3

Started this morning with a 25-minute mobility session focused on the shoulders and glutes using the ROMWOD app. One of my big focuses during the training leading up to IM La Quinta is increasing my mobility and taking the time to work on recovery…more rolling.

Daily update – 255 days until IM 70.3

Swim – 3,000 yards – felt a little sluggish when I started, like I wasn’t recovered, but after 15 minutes I felt better. Today was swam with the master’s team and it was a speed day.
