Ironman 70.3 Plan – 12 Weeks

This is the 12-week half Ironman training plan I used for Ironman 70.3 Indian-Wells La Quinta. I came into this plan in good running shape but hadn’t done much swimming or cycling in 8 years. This is a well-balanced plan that you can adjust to fit your life/schedule. Most weeks are seven days of training. I consider swim days my days off/recovery. Most of my bike rides during the week were done indoor on a Wahoo Kickr trainer.

Each week of this plan contains a workout description for each day.
