Swim – 3,000 yards – felt a little sluggish when I started, like I wasn’t recovered, but after 15 minutes I felt better. Today was swam with the master’s team and it was a speed day.
Run – 35 minutes on the treadmill – the main set was 30 seconds hard followed by 30 seconds rest standing on the rails. Ran 10.5-11.0 mph. This felt really good today. Hadn’t done this type of workout in a while.
