Swim – 3,000 yards – felt a little sluggish when I started, like I wasn’t recovered, but after 15 minutes I felt better. Today was swam with the master’s team and it was a speed day.
One of the most frustrating movements for many people is double-unders. For those who aren’t familiar with the term, a double-under (DU) refers to jumping rope while swinging the rope twice (double) under your feet for every one jump.

Started this morning with a 25-minute mobility session focused on the shoulders and glutes using the ROMWOD app. One of my big focuses during the training leading up to IM La Quinta is increasing my mobility and taking the time to work on recovery…more rolling.
