About Me

I’m a husband, father, engineer, and athlete who juggles multiple roles, each shaping my journey and perspective.

After a three-year break from training and racing to remodel my home, I started sharing my journey to rebuild my health and fitness. I aim to inspire others to embrace a positive, resilient mindset as they pursue their goals.

Through videos and podcasts, I explore the power of balance—proving that fulfillment comes from crossing finish lines and thriving in every area of life. I’m passionate about endurance sports across all distances and have completed numerous Ironman, Ironman 70.3, and ultra-running challenges. My story is a testament to resilience, discipline, and the belief that, with the right mindset, we’re all capable of extraordinary feats.

  • 4x Ironman

  • 15x Ironman 70.3

  • 3x Ironman 70.3 World Championship

  • Many ultra-run races, including two 6-day Transrockies Runs, 100k, 50k, and my longest run, 172 miles at the Beyond Limits 72-hour ultra.

“I will persevere, I will persist, and I will achieve.”
